Sourcing and traceability
Source to sealed tub, in six honest steps.
Traceability is the product. Every step below is either printed on the pack, published in the specification, or available as a certificate on request.
Proposed feature. Needs per-batch certificates published as pages before it can work.

Two sources, named
Bovine collagen comes from cattle. Marine collagen comes from the skin of fish. We name which is which on every pack, because they are not the same thing and should not be sold as though they were.

Broken down with enzymes, not chemicals
Enzymes and water break the collagen into much shorter pieces called peptides, which is what makes it easy to absorb. No chemical solvents at any point.

Eighteen amino acids, published
The full profile is on the pack and in the specification table, not summarised into a marketing number.

Certified free from
Hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and steroids. BSE safe and WADA safe. Halal and kosher certified.

Why hydrolysed
Long chains do not cross the gut wall. Short peptides do.
Collagen in its natural state is a long chain, and it is too big to get through the wall of your gut in one piece. Hydrolysing it simply means using enzymes and water to break that chain into much smaller pieces, called peptides. Smaller pieces pass through easily. That is the whole of it.
